The room was stylish and had great soundproofing, working air conditioning, WiFi, and ample storage space, making us feel right at home.

The suite was very good for our family of four. The room was quiet.The breakfast was excellent.

My only critique would be that the staff should have warned us not to drink the tap water on admission.

A little far away from the centre of palermo

This hotel offers a huge, spacious room with high ceilings and stonework. the staff is friendly, helpful, and professional, providing assistance in organizing outings and onward travel. the location is slightly away from the noise of the touristy historic area, but still within a 10-12 minute walk. There are also good restaurants nearby for quick bites or leisurely dinners. the breakfast is enjoyable with great coffee and a variety of options, including pastries and biscuits. the hotel also has secure parking and a quiet air conditioning system. it's a pleasant and comfortable stay.

internet connection very unstable. Inadmissible in todays world especially when you are on a business trip. First night -good internet. Second night very low signal so no possibility of connection.

For the price we paid, we got great value. The room was comfortable and clean, with fresh towels provided daily. The hotel is conveniently located, not too far from attractions, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

The morning meal could have been improved by offering a wider variety of options.

I had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel! The room was incredibly spacious, even larger than some London apartments! I loved that it opened up to a beautiful garden at the back. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, assisting me in organizing my daily activities and making travel arrangements. The location was perfect, just a short 10-12 minute walk away from the touristy historic area, allowing for a quieter and more peaceful stay. There were great restaurants next door for both quick bites and leisurely dinners. the luxurious and comfortable accommodations of this hotel made my stay truly enjoyable.

The hotel was a handy base for enjoying a shopping area, close enough to including the Norman Palace, the pizza restaurant and "restaurants.

The staff were not very helpful, didn't expect that coming.
